Join local Eagle Rock instructor Mary Frances Spencer for a wake-up energizing Yoga practice in the beautiful Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock gallery that includes breath-work and traditional Hatha Yoga Asanas sequenced to warm you up, release toxins, build strength and flexibility, as well as stretch tight muscles and let go of tension anxiety. She always includes Aromatherapy and Vibrational Tuning Forks in the relaxing finish of each class. Take some time this Autumn to move forward into better health and peaceful well being!
