Trova is a traditional but vanguard popular music that fuses bolero, blues, ranchera, folk, boss nova, and more.

Noches de Trova present three hours of music and poetry performed by three local troubadours (trovadores), Tomas Cadena, Esteban Leon, and Jorge Negrete. Cadena, Leon, and Negrete interpret songs from a variety of Mexican and Latin American genres, including classic and current authors of the contemporary genre of Trova.
