This is an exhibition of artists who all make work that is built up intricately through accretion and additions. Rather than privileging the idea(s) at the source of their work, they allow the physical results to leave us dumbstruck, without a language or grammar to precisely describe what is there. This CFAER gallery, ex-Library/historical landmark and multi-use facility is rife with the kind of the contextual contamination that their studies of intricate matters thrives in.
